La gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire, la présence d'un parking inclus dans la location à une rue du logement. Emplacement très bien situé, tout Gijon se fait à pied.

The central location is great for getting to all parts of Gijon and easy access out of the city for trips around Asturias. Antonio was incredibly helpful and friendly and the flat had absolutely everything that we needed and more.

Although the flat is on the fifth floor with good double glazing, its central location on one of the busiest roads into the centre of Gijon means that on the hottest summer nights with windows open the main bedroom gets a lot of noise from the traffic below. Clearly in Asturias this is only an issue on very rare occasions. The parking provided is difficult to get into and out of unless you are used to going up and down a steep, narrow slope. If you have a big car I would pay 5 euros a day in the c<excellent public ar park right next door and save yourself a lot of hassle.
