Santa Clara Apartments

Location of the place is exceptional. Its being wonderfull to have possibility to have access to city facilities in a walking distance

I would say it would be nice if bathroom could be bigger, however do understand limitations

The location

We did not have a bin to put our rubbish in , the wifi would not work when u entered the bedroom , the sofa had springs coming out of it and there would be no hot water if we turned the big shower head on.

Location was spot on, walk out if the apartment and there is everything you need, bars restaurants clubs local corner shops and take away spots

The location was excellent.

Useful equipment was missing or not provided (eg hangers. kitchen sink plug, kettle or jug - coffee machine was not properly cleaned since last use). Blinds and curtains were not working. No information was provided eg rubbish and recycling arrangements, wifi code wrong. The sofa was very uncomfortable. There were shortcomings with lighting, washing up materials.

Location is very central.

Dirty. Everything was broken. Cups, glasses chipped. Shower was not working properly and we struggled with it during our entire stay. Kitchen says fully equipped, but no kettle in apartment. The pots and pans are worn out and need to be replaced. Not up to standard and not comparable with other apartments listed on Booking.com that we stayed at before. Apartment needs urgent maintenance. Not as reflected on website

Great location

The check-out time, not soap in bathroom and to wash the dishes. The department is not isolated for outside noise.

Location excellent. Rental staff very helpful. Apartment secure and quiet.

Oven did not work. No ironing facilities. Rain leaked through lounge ceiling. No kettle.
