the hospitality was bad

We cannot recommend this accommodation. During our stay we experienced several issues and shortcomings that already left us disappointed. However, the worst part happened after check-out. The owner and her elderly relative aggressively confronted us because we had not washed the dishes and had not cleaned the apartment to the standard they expected. The situation quickly escalated into shouting, personal insults, and repeated “fuck you” comments directed at us. All of this happened in front of our young daughter. In many years of travelling, I have never experienced anything like this. If there are house rules, they can and should be communicated in a polite and professional manner. Shouting at guests, insulting them, and behaving aggressively is completely unacceptable. What shocked me the most is that this property presents itself as a resort and family-friendly accommodation. Because of this experience, I would never stay here again, and I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious before booking.

tutto bene; l'appartamento é buono e vicino al centro circa 10 minuti.

purtroppo abbiamo scoperto solo alla fine che c'era una tassa si soggiorno, per caritá é stata minima, ci ha fatto storcere il naso solo il contesto, possibile pure che era scritto nella descrizione ma non ce ne siamo accorti prima di prenotare.

Gestori molto ospitali e disponibili Piscina pulita e adatta anche a bambini piccoli Buona la pulizia degli appartamenti

Cucina essenziale e doccia con tendina ma questo è la normalità a corfù, da quanto ho potuto capire. Intorno (gouvia) c'è poco ma in macchina sono raggiungibili in 30 min. vari posti dell'isola.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. It was near a bus stop.

That it's located up a steep hill and there isn't any shops or restaurants nearby.
