Marietta's Resort by Konnect, Gouvia Corfu

Het is een heerlijk resort, mooi zwembad, super vriendelijke host. Je ziet dat ze trots zijn op het resort en er veel liefde in hebben gestoken. Appartement was ook prima, ruim, fijn balkon. Prima plek om lekker te zitten.

Eigenlijk niks. Let wel even op dat het laatste stukje even steil omhoog gaat, ongeveer 100 meter, maar ja, dat is goed voor de conditie.

Beautiful spacious apartment with great view of gardens and pool. Ample sunbeds. Friendly lady on reception. Quite at night.

I like walking but if you have walking difficulties it's a bit of a short uphill walk from main road.

Äußerlich gepflegte Anlage mit Pool, großes Appartement, mit Bushaltestelle in 3 Minuten Entfernung, Parkplatz für den Leihwagen, Bedienung am Pool, Marietta versucht alles zu regeln und ist immer ansprechbar und sehr bemüht! Restaurants im Gehbereich, Autovermietung vor der Tür, 50 Minuten mit dem Bus ins Zentrum

Zimmer leider deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, dunkel und nicht besonders schön eingerichtet. Klimaanlage nur auf Nachfrage, Küche dürftig ausgestattet, hellhörig und von den anderen Balkonen einsehbar, sehr einfaches Frühstück, dass auf festgelegte Gerichte beschränkt wird. Wenn Marietta nicht da ist, dann gibt es nur 2 unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten zu wählen und die Atmosphäre leidet deutlich, Gouvia ist nicht besonders schön.

Nous avons vécu une expérience merveilleuse au Marietta’s Resort. Le premier jour, nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés gratuitement et avons bénéficié de l’appartement deluxe. Celui-ci était flambant neuf, extrêmement propre et bénéficié de toutes les facilités attendues d’un appartement. La directrice de l’hôtel et sa famille sont d’une extrême sympathie et ont tout fait pour nous faciliter nos vacances en nous aidant à louer une voiture et en nous conseillant sur notre séjour. Enfin, la nourriture du restaurant de l’hôtel est faite maison et est délicieuse.

Partly renovated, pictures of the kitchen did not correspond to the actual kitchen- not renovated

That the booking photos of the kitchen were a lie not renovated. There was not even a bottle of table water as a welcome gift in the fridge.

Apartment was spacious and comfortable. It was quiet even though busy. The pool is a great size and the kids pool was a bonus. The onsite restaurant is lovely, the food is amazing and it was so handy having it on site and not having to go into the main area. Marietta and her family were the most lovely accommodating hosts, we couldn’t fault them.

The apartment could have a bit of modernising, especially the bathroom. The kitchen could do with a few more basic necessities. Only other complaint would have been the pillows on the bed which need to be replaced.
