Outside lighting was a real issue on arrival. Gate was closed so very hard to see how to open. but harder to secure. The sign for Swallow Cottage is obscured behind a trellis/canopy. I had a designated parking place but the guest at an adjoining property left very little room for me to access it. The kitchen/ lounge area was very hit and miss. The kitchen crockery, cutlery and pans were not good quality and the dining chairs were very uncomfortable. The kettle was a joke. The TV was miniscule. I didn't expect a 48" mega set but it was very poor. The oven was grubby. All of the stuff I didn't like makes it sound horrible. It is not! For the price I paid it was just about fair.
