Sited in a lovely little holiday park close to the coastline.

I found it awkward to climb over the bed as there was no room to walk around it. The cooking pans could do with replacing. I don’t know wether the owner pays a cleaning company but if they do they’re not doing there job. Worktops were clean but microwave, pans and oven were grubby. We decided no to use any and to eat out.

Great location, good facilities, nice little touches from owner. Sky TV. Owner was friendly.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired and we are by no means clean freaks. Dirty sheets in the kids bedroom, thick dust all over the TV stand. The place needs a thorough deep clean. Filthy underneath the couch for example. Drainer in kitchen was dirty so we didn't use it. Shower tray had muck in it. We have stayed in many chalets in hemsby and this was the least clean by far which is disappointing given the high ratings received in the past.

The chalet was very clean and tidy and the hostess added lots of extras which was lovely

Cleanliness could have been a bit better and bathroom is tired.

Clean and tidy, everything you could need. Home from home. Lovely welcome gifts on the table when we arrived, nice touch.
