This is not a hotel, so food was in the fridge and we got fresh pastry at the door each morning and ate in the room. There was assortment of cold cuts, cheeses, boiled eggs, butter, yogurts, excellent home made jams, milk, fruits. There is good coffee machine in the room. Breakfast is 8 SF /person extra, honestly not sure about value since we did not visit any stores to compare prices but food was sufficient and good quality. Place is well soundproofed and has private patio, you do not hear anything, very quiet. Electric blinds on windows, in floor heating is very pleasant. Wifi was excellent at 40Mbits. Bit funny entry via narrow round stair, but otherwise cute, unusual and private place, decent size for 2 people (we had studio at ground level for 2). There is also stock of boxes of tea, coffee, spices and we got small bottle of wine also. Place was meticulously clean. Parking was available right at the front door. We got tips from the host Hans about attractions in the area and a pass which saved us $.

There is no microwave or conventional owen but we didnt really miss it.
