"Bullying before we even arrived"

Good location and close to transport and good restaurants. Fortunately, the apartment was only one flight up. The master suite was roomy and comfortable.

The second bedroom barely fit a twin bed. The apartment appeared to be owned by a large company who owned many others. Messages sent via booking.com about entry and cleanliness before we arrived were rude and bullying. Although the person who let us in was lovely, there was no further contact, even when he was informed that my phone was stolen. The written information at the apartment was often incorrect and incomplete (ex. No phone numbers).

Excellent location close to the centre of Lisbon a short walk away. Good internet access. Very clean and comfortable.

If I had to be picky, 4 espresso capsules for 4 days is a little stingy considering a pack of 10 costs 3 euros from the supermarket

"Exceptional"

Great place, easy to go around different locations, well maintained and neatly kept. The Staff was very helpful and understanding.

Providing some toiletries- body wash and facial tissue paper would have been useful.
