Hemsby chalet

How clean and presentible the chalet is kept , lovely suns trap through the day and not too far from the beach.

Cleanliness and size

The mattresses were very hard, the shower wasn't very good and you couldn't have a bath because the water wasn't hot enough

Cleanliness beds really comfortable DVDs came in handy for my partner and daughter. And location good for car no walking

Bed wasnt comfortable

there was no slip mat i the bath/shower,no hoover , wasnt told about the pound slot meter for the electic until we got key code on day of arrival ,not enough saucepans to cook a full meal .

No breakfast provided;self catering

I should have received the information email the day before we left not the day we arrived. We didn't see it till I checked the email and found the information regarding collection of keys and code ro open key safe .The hot water system was poor,I had to phone staff to report it and they told me where the switch was??We won't return;the electric was on a meter taking pound coins but we didn't know till we eventually read the email

The chalet was really clean and comfortable. The owners were superb with any questions that we had. I am looking to book again in July to bring my kids.
