Excelente, muy comodo

Literie agréable. Connexions internet et TV correctes. Emplacement correct :jamais dans les bouchons mais parfois pris au piège sur le pont a péage! Quartier LX factory découvert le dernier soir très sympa.

Absence de climatisation (mais ventilateur dans chaque chambre) Salle de vie et cuisine très exigues. Parking difficile (rues etroites) mais malgré tout dans une zone gratuite et disposant de places a proximité.

Ubicación equivocada . Llamadas telefónicas sin contestar. Tampoco al personal de atención al cliente de Booking. Preguntando a bastantes vecinos (5) en la dirección públicada, no conocían establecimiento, ni tras mostrar fotos y referencias en la aplicación. Mucho tiempo de búsqueda y espera perdido. Muy Cansados. Llegando a Lisboa y sin sitio para dejar maletas, descansar ni pernoctar. Era apartamento y comida perdida (por no poder refrigerarla). Muchas molestias. Desesperación. Reclamación según procedimiento establecido y aún a la espera. Iniciadas varias comunicaciones como reclamación y solicitud de compensación o devolución de cantidad. Mala experiencia. Ninguna CONFIANZA. (0\10) O el destino cambia condiciones e información o Son PROBLEMAS para las VACACIONES de muchos USUARIOS de BOOKING

Let's start: taxi driver had trouble to find the right street and he left us 2 streets away while it was raining, so we tried to call the landlord and she didn't pick up the call with statement "I am busy now" and we needed to send pictures of the doors to know where to go. Then we drag 2 big luggages, while raining, to the right street and right building, which is located on the top of the hill, so it was terrible. All wet, inside we tried to power on the radiators inside and then power went off, so from bad the situation goes to worse. BTW building in which is the appartment is located is old, riuned, smelly. We had one TV for the whole appartment, which tv remote didn't work (so plan to install android app to help yourself). Have in mind that all noises from all other rooms in the building you will hear like next to you, especially at night, so there will be sleepless nights. At the end of stay, the landlord sent us a message asking to clean the things and drag the trah out of the apartment, while we paid additional 40eur for cleaning fee beforehand. Bed in the kitchen had dogs/cats hair everywhere so it was cleaned before us, so we needed to clean it (as we came with a small kid). This was defenitelly the worse stay ever - and this was our 35th country, have that in mind.

I loved the location of the place for sure but questionable at night so if you are a family or 2 women travelling together make sure you get an uber back at night

The building very dated no lights on the stairs struggle to get in at night bathroom is a bit of a squeeze
