Aroma garden suites in Hoi An is beautifully presented and was very spacious for our family of five. The property is close to the river and a host of restaurants, coffee shops, beauty salons & spas, convenience stores, pharmacies, street food and the old town of Hoi An. We loved the availability of bikes at Aroma as we could set off on wheels instead of foot if the legs were tired and explore beautiful Hoi An a lot easier and faster. The apartment is luxurious, bedrooms are clean, spacious & comfortable, and there was an air conditioner, fan and bathroom in every bedroom, perfect!! The pool was cleaned daily and perfect for cooling off. The property owner Phuc, along with her family and staff were all amazing, they made us a delicious breakfast every morning including local Vietnamese food which we loved. Nothing was too difficult, Phuc was more than happy booking tours for us, and arranged our clothes to be laundered, she even adjusted our Vietjet flight booking when we had trouble logging in, she took care of it all and made our 8 night stay very enjoyable, I would highly recommend. There are 3 suites on the property with a shared pool, which would make it perfect for families or groups travelling together.

Everything was perfect!

Fantastic location. Picturesque 20 minutes walk along the river to town but in a really quiet spot. Apartment was clean and airy, cool and comfortable. The owner was lovely, preparing us breakfast and even hanging out our laundry. There are places to eat all around. This place is a gem.

Booking.com implied the pool is private if you book the three bedroom apartment. This isn’t the case as three separate apartments lead from the pool area and you’d need to book all three apartments for exclusive use of the pool. Not a major drawback though.

Very clean and comfortable, spacious, very friendly & quiet. We travelled as a family of 4 and were very happy with the space, each bedroom had its own bathroom. Excellent air conditioning & the pool was a welcome relief.

Phuc was a wonderful host! Communication was fantastic via WhatsApp. She was waiting for us upon arrival and welcomed us to her property. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. Each room had air conditioning - except the lounge room - but that had a ceiling fan. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The beds were firm but comfortable. Phuc recommended places for us to visit during our stay and prepared breakfast for us each day, asking us what time we would like to eat and what we would like to eat. I enjoyed banh mi whilst my teenage boys liked banana pancakes and fresh fruit. There is a communal washing machine, but no dryer. The bathrooms were modern and spacious. There is a fridge with bottles of water, coke, fanta - $1 or $2 AUD each. There are good restaurants across the road and a convenience store and pharmacy just down the street. It rained most of our stay and we were provided with umbrellas. We enjoyed our stay here!

There were some drainage issues in one of the bathrooms. We returned back to our rooms late one evening and we had no hot water for showers, Phuc was very responsive and apologetic, and it was back to normal very early on the next morning.
