Comfortable apartment, quiet cul-de-sac, great views, nice local community, good supermarket close by, easy access to 28e tram line. Great local restaurants. A wonderful city.

Would have liked a little more outside space but there was a bench to sit in the sunshine and read. 15 min walk to nearest metro station but tram was good for most journeys

This flat is well equipped, beautiful and comfortable. It's located in a quiet and safe residential district but easily accessible from the city center. The view is unbeatable! The furniture is a unique mix of modern and stunning old pieces that create a charming atmosphere. Bed is wide and long enough to be comfortable. There are a lot of books in a lot of languages, and also an info booklet full of useful details about the area. All appliances worked safely and steadily.
