The location is so so good. Right in the middle of everything. Close to one of the main streets with bars, restaurants and shipping. Short walk to Alfama and other main attractions. Very quiet even though central location. It's a really large apartment with all the amenities needed. Key collection is a bit of a walk from the apartment but there is luggage storage if you arrive early as they will not let you check in any earlier

Taxi collection from the airport-no information to say where to meet. There is a board with names but not easy to find so would suggest you text the number when you land.

Location is superb and convenient to major attractions, restaurants and public transportation. They are quite responsive via WhatsApp when assistance is needed. The apartment was available for early check-in at 1 PM, which was nice so we did not have to arrange for luggage storage.

Cleanliness of the apartment and their amenities would be something they need to work on. We found hair on the floor in various areas and bath towels upon check-in. The shelfing units were quite dusty as well. Also wish they would provide sufficient toilet paper for our stay as we had to get extra on our own. There were two issues we found during our stay: 1. Water leakage at shower stall due to the worn out plastic strip that seals the door. They did come in for a quick-fix but didn't seem to resolve the issue. 2. They did come in and replace the malfunction toaster. But be mindful when using the toaster as it did trip the fuse, which also connects to the lightings and other appliances in the kitchen.

Location was excellent

Door was unlocked remotely which was good, but the person over the phone unlocked a different apartment by mistake in the first instance.
