Bairrus Lisbon Apartments - Duque

Apartmán je veľmi príjemným, čistý a dobre vybavený, v kuchyni je všetko potrebné na varenie, je tam práčka, tv, kávovar na kapsule. Hlavá výhoda je jeho poloha, iba pár metrov od východu z metra Entre Campos, a cca 5 minút pešo od vlakovej stanice Entre Campos, takže vlakom do Sintry môžete ísť priamo z ubytka. Určite môžem ubytovanie odporučiť.

U kávovaru nás čakala na uvítanie iba jedna kapsula kávy ;-)

J ai rencontré des problèmes avec la robinetterie du lavabo. Vraiment dommage que le propriétaire n ait pas pu se déplacer car cela a gâché la fin du séjour.

It was very clean. The host was super quick and transparent in his communication whenever I had questions about certain facilities. He even provided me with a lengthy summary of his favourite restaurants when I asked for a few recommendations. As I was there for work, it was a brief 10 minute walk to my work place and therefore ideal for me. Whenever I had the time to actually visit the centre, I could either take the public transport or an uber.

Good location near the metro

The shower No matter how you shower a lot of the water goes to the floor outside the shower.

Even though the apartment is not in the city center, subway and bus station are just around the corner so you can easily access other parts of the city. Host was really kind and we easily made the arrangements about our late check-in and late check-out. We even got 2 pasteis de nata as our welcoming gifts. :)

All was OK, location is very good in sense of public transport.

Shower has a door which cannot be closed completely. Shower is also slippery. Not enough space along bed.

Overall the apartment had everything that we needed. The bed was really comfortable. It is normal in that neighborhood to listen some of the flights passing to airport but nothing really impacted our stying. The host facilitated all our requests. Perfect for 2 people.

No name or number on the outside which made it difficult to find The gap on one side of bed made it impossible to get out so had to crawl over to get out

It was located close to the metro and was very nice. Staff were very kind and helpful. They were very attentive, for example: when we received our keys we got Pastéis De Belém as a gift, which was delicious, furthermore we got lots of recommendations (restaurants, sights etc.). I would like to tell you about an unexpected situation that shows how helpful they were. The second day we came back from sightseeing in the evening and unfortunately we were greeted by standing water on the floor in the whole apartment because the water was spilling from the boiler. I called the number provided and they soon arrived to help mop up the water. Luckily they had another apartment that was available. After mopping up, we were taken by car to the other apartment. It was also a very nice apartment, and locally it was in the downtown, so a better location. Herewith thanks again for professional handling of the situation and the help! You can't get a more professional and friendly team. :)

Everything was great, there was nothing we didn't like.
