Golden Beach II

We've been renting villas in Javea for 20+ years but this time the kids weren't with us so we thought that we would try an apartment instead to see what it was like. The accommodation was ideal for us, very clean and everything that we needed. Being on the ground floor with the terrace at the back provided the extra space for sun bathing and for eating meals. We were there in June with very few other people using the pool and communal gardens which were spotless and well maintained. The main advantage over villas is the location with a big supermarket next door to the complex and 5 minutes walk from Arenal beach with its bars and restaurants. You wouldn't think that you were so close to everything as it’s very quiet. We didn't need to use the car at all whilst there and it stayed in the underground car park. We enjoyed our stay there so much that we're already looking at dates to be able to go back there. David, the host was excellent in his communication before, during and after our stay.

Good location short walk to shops and restaurants with a pool if you need to cool down. If you had any problems Gus the manager would put it right. Air con in every room if required.

Nice apartment . Everything you need. Nice and quite, Good pool. English TV Aircon. Comfy beds Good outside space. Parking Location to resort couple of minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarket . Use the side entrance if you can't go up stairs into the complex, if hard of walking, or come up in the lift if you have a car. Easy to get around as it's ground floor as is the resort in general. Excellent communication with the host . We have Stayed in Javea a number of times and would recommend this apartment to others. Will definitely be back.

Javea is a lovely location and the apartment is perfectly situated to make the most of this. Apartment is well equipped and good for catching the sun during the day if you don’t want to venture out

Great location only a few minutes walk to the beach. Very well presented apartment with everything you may need. Lovely gardens and pool. The rear patio was a real bonus and a real sun trap.

The best thing about the property was the location, the supermarket was literally a 2 minute walk away. Also a huge advantage being very close to amenities and a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The local food is absolutely superb and there’s plenty of activities at the beach to keep everyone entertained including kids camp during the holidays. We recommend the kayak tour which includes cliff jumping and snorkelling. A recent addition of a dishwasher in the property is a bonus along with a washing machine. The property is on the ground floor and very close to the pool which is perfect for those that don’t want to walk too far or especially those with a young family. The grounds are very well maintained and this complex has the advantage of permanent parasols dotted about for shade.

There was nothing negative to say, what you see is what you get so if that’s what your looking for then you won’t be disappointed.
