Excelente para unos días de desconexión en familia. Apartamento SUPER equipado con todo lo que necesitas para estas a gusto. Súper puntuales a la hora de entrega de llaves a la entrada y salida. Esperamos poder volver a repetir.

Las facilidades del apartamento y su ubicación al nivel de la piscina

Era muy espacioso, estaba todo limpio, había mucho menaje en la cocina y electrodomésticos. La zona común de la piscina muy acogedora. Muy confortable.

Fabulous location and amazing facilities.

Very clean and well appointed. Excellent location and idea for the Arenal.

Nothing an excellent apartment.

The apartment was well equipped, clean and relatively comfortable. The location is very good also, a short walk only to the beach. Air con and ceiling fans in each bedroom.

1 bedroom had very uncomfortable beds. The pool had numerous missing tiles, 2 elderly members of our party slipped more than once getting into the pool. We have raised this with the agency. The agency we dealt with, the rep was extremely rude and argumentative. She accused us of not throwing out the bins on the last day ( we did) and of damaging the vacuum cleaner in the apartment (there was none). A nightmare to deal with.

Great location in walking distance to everything even the beach Also good walk to the port for daily exercise fab pool well kept and clean Large patio area with 4 sun beds which we found good also two fold up beds that we took to the pool We were family of 5 adults and one 2 year old child we found we had space and were not on top of each other too much Supermarket near by also Apartment itself good

We all found the beds to be uncomfortable and a few other issues which we have informed Claire the agent to pass on to the owners. if these issues are dealt with them we would be booking at least 6 times a year 😃 Flowers in pots hadn’t been looked after and were dead we watered the rest daily and they came to life while we were there. 26/09/2023…. Update no reply from agent or owner regarding the issues we had eg… dirty stained cot mattress unusable … stained mattresses on the beds some pics available….agent was shown all these and took pics said would give to owner who she said was there before we stayed … Heard nothing which is unacceptable luckily we had relatives few doors down who got mattress out of there storage for us and the baby

Everything in the appart, nicely decorated, location , swimming pool, ...

There was a bit of noise in the swimming pool because a new building construction near by but hoppefully this will be over soon.
