"Horrible experience - don't trust the pictures"

The pictures don't match the reality whatsoever. The property is based underground, living room and bedroom have no windows therefore quite dark with no natural light. The main bedroom has no door, it is divided from the corridor by a curtain only. In addition there was a huge spiderweb in the corner, obviously wasn't cleaned properly for a long time. Black mould in the bathroom and due to this the whole flat has a very unpleasant smell. The flat has concrete (beton) flooring only, which is very cold and dirty. The humidity is unreal. We booked 3 nights but stayed only 1 as it was impossible to reserve a new accommodation at that time of the evening. I've informed the host (via Booking message) when we left and asked for a refund for the 2 nights we didn't spend there. Before our stay he was very communicative and responded swiftly - after my complaint no feedback from him. Three days passed, I've sent an official complaint to Booking.com. Luckily they took it seriously and assisted to receive our money back. The host wrote me a whatsapp that I shouldnt have contacted Booking, we could have sorted it out directly. At the end we received a part of 2 night's cost back - 79 € was deducted for taxes. ....spoiler alert: the substitute property charged for the 2 nights 32€ taxes only.

The host is super responsive, always ready to assist you 😀. The location is ideal with a bus stop, Aldi, LIdl all just 5-10 min walk. The apartment is beautifully decorated especially the layout is also very good.
