Very clean, very cozy, instructions on arrival were so clear and easy to follow, very friendly and helpful owner

It will be great if you provide complimentary drinking water bottles, as we arrived late at night and couldn’t find any open shop to buy drinking water.

2 things that should be improved. 1) sofa in the living room. very uncomfortable, with a kind of straight back. It consists of 3 parts that slide in all directions. this sofa would be more suitable for a some waiting room,not watching for wathing TV or reading 2) it would also be time to change the mattresses, too soft, it caused back pain

Modern clean fully equipped apartment, 2 bathrooms, central location, on ski bus route, friendly staff in ski shop.

The apartment was well-equipped, featuring a comfortable lounge room and cozy bedrooms. Conveniently located above the ski hire store, accessing equipment was easy. A free shuttle bus to the ski fields, just a 5-minute walk away, provided hassle-free transportation. Additionally, a supermarket within a 10-minute walk added to the overall convenience of the accommodation.

The only downside was the very small shower in the bathroom, which may pose a challenge for those who prefer more spacious bathing areas.

Perfect location, super responsive, friendly and helpful hosts, who also helped with organizing ski lessons for our kid. The apartment was wonderful with a lot of space

Unfortunately not all nearby slopes were open during our stay, but this is climate issue rather than the apartment itself ;)

We stayed in the “Loft/Penthouse” apartment at the end of October. The apartment is very large, very clean and has the most fantastic views of the Kitsteinhorn glacier. Whether you are visiting Kaprun in the summer or the winter, this is a perfect place to base yourself if you are a group of friends or a large family. The open kitchen plan makes cooking a pleasure and the washer/dryer make longer stays easy to pack for. There are a range of lovely restaurants within walking distance and even some good apres ski places! The apartment management/owners are helpful, professional and understanding. We had a wonderful stay and wish it could have been longer! We will definitely be back! One small suggestion for improvement would be to buy a microwave—useful for heating up milk for coffee in the mornings or re-warming leftovers (less vacation cooking for mom😀)! I recommend this vacation rental without hesitation! Please note, there is no elevator but it is a short 2 story walk up to the apartment.
