There was no power for lighting in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Was impossible to shower before bed and we had to have all our phone lights on. Highly annoying. They had an issue which they fixed but 10 minutes the fuse box sparked and it blew the lights again. After that Joanne was not accommodating at all to fix it or come up with a solution. Terrible as a host. She even "forgot" to send over the details of the main door entry code to the apartment so had to wake up another resident in order to do so and hailed with a whole lot of abuse! Not impressed at all. We were also told to only use one shower at one time as they had issues with the hot water. Ridiculous when you have 2 bathrooms and 5 guests trying to get ready on time. As soon as you open a sink tap the showers water turns cold. Even when the hot water is on it randomly cuts out mid way. Not pleasurable at all. If you looking for cold showers and no lights with an unresponsive host then definitely go ahead and book. Should of paid attention to the other reviews and booked elsewhere.

Communication with host not the best and took some time to receive the key, also it was communicated 10 minutes before arrival that we would need to pay cash for tourist taxes. Therefore needed to look for an atm upon arrival after our flight, communication with host was not the best, slow and short in response plus not helpful. Water was cold and was no clear answer on how to fix. In 1 bedroom only a door as a wall and therefore a lot of noise from the hallway. All in all not the best experience. Location is good.
