Location and the apartment itself was excellent.

When we arrived, there was another person in the apartment. He had accidentally collected the key for the wrong apartment, but it was an unwelcome surprise.

Location excellent, apartment was warm, check in and check out easy. Facilities good for the price charged.

Cleanliness and lack of response from the host. A used condom was left on the floor, presumably from the previous guest, we contacted the host on the Saturday and asked him to remove it, we had no response at all, therefore it was still there when we left on the Tuesday. The dishwasher was full of dishes, also presumably from the previous guest. The sheet on the bed was stained. Very disappointing for a property on Booking.com.
