Super friendly host who was easy to communicate with. Beautiful apartment with a stunning view. The dog was welcomed and had a nice area to pop her out in.

Breathtaking view of the Opatija Riviera, mountains, and Adriatic Sea! Wonderful private jacuzzi (for the unit we stayed in) and a great kitchen with everything you need. Very clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed, and beautiful garden and charming surrounding neighborhood. A Very quiet area and only a 15 minute walk to a big grocery store (Plodine) and a very short drive (about 10 minutes) to Volosko and Opatija. Free, on-site parking as well! Very kind host who made us feel at home. A great place to unwind and relax! We hope to go back. Highly recommended!

The apartment is at a midway point between Zagreb and Pula. It’s well equipped for longer stays. The owner was available when we called and recommended a nice restaurant which we enjoyed very much. It’s in a quiet town which we liked very much after a long flight.

- The apartment is located in a very peaceful town, just a short 15-minute drive from Rijeka and Opatija. - It is set within a lush, green property featuring fig trees, kiwi, grapevines, and olive trees. - If you stay in the apartment with the large terrace, you'll enjoy a stunning view of the bay and can dine al fresco. - The air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment is very clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts and small appliances (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.). A dishwasher or washing machine would have been a welcome addition for us. - The bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. However, the sofa bed's mattress was a bit on the mediocre side. - Our host, who was present on-site, was very friendly, responsive, and warm. - There is a jacuzzi available, although we chose not to use it, preferring the sea instead.

- In this lovely residence, you share common areas with the tenant of the other four apartments. While we had the opportunity to meet some great people, there were others who were less pleasant, such as our next-door neighbors (more on that below). - The jacuzzi is located near the bedroom window, which means there can be some background noise in the evening and the occasional midnight dip. However, this did not bother us too much. - The apartments are non-smoking, but the terraces, which are close to one another, are not. This means that if the wind shifts, you might end up with your neighbors' smoke in your face. As a cigar smoker myself, I made sure to go to the garden to avoid bothering others. Unfortunately, we weren't so lucky with two neighbors during our stay, as they smoked heavily and sometimes even cannabis. Since we have a young daughter with asthma, we had to be very firm on this issue and eventually had to involve Booking to resolve the tense situation. The spirit of the house is the self-regulation of the tenants but In communal living, your freedom ends where another’s begins!
