Central location. Clean sheets and bathroom. Modern feel inside despite very old exterior. Easy check in. AC was a nice addition.

(Room No. 4) Lights next to bed seem to not work, which is unsafe having in mind there are stairs that you need to climb as well as low ceiling. Wires hanging from the ceiling. Bed mattress very bumpy, as if it has big holes in it, hard to sleep. Sewage smell in the appartment that comes and goes. The second door with a hole instead of handle looks scary. Noise isolation is poor so you can hear all the sounds around. Room doors do not always lock and unlock from the first time, need to try a few times, which feels unsafe in case you need to rush somewhere.
