Lovely and clean

Unfortunately building was taking place and the workmen were working right next to the bathroom window so we had to put a towel at the window also there was an awful smell from the drains . Mattress wasn't very comfortable either bit apart from that all else was ok

The location was good and the heating system also.

There were hair on the pillow cases, the bathroom smelled really bad all the time and we were not comfortable to sleep in this room. We weren't satisfied in general.

The bathroom and the apartment itself looked very nice and was a decent size had it been cleaned properly and not on a building site it would have been good value for money. It also wasn't too far away from a few good sized supermarkets which allowed us to get things we needed. Plus the old town was a 40 minute walk away which is good, with new owners this place can do well, but only when the building works have been finished!

The apartment wasn't as clean as stated. I opened the cupboard to get a plate out and saw a dead bug. The crockery and cutlery were still dirty too and my husband used a bowl to microwave something, and had to throw it because there was also a dead bug in there too which he of course didn't think he'd need to check for. I asked if we could check in a little bit earlier than planned as we arrived into Kaunas earlier than expected and the lady said no as it wasn't ready yet as they needed to clean it, I then replied and said if the property was ready before check in would it be ok for us to go in earlier (we were willing to pay a bit extra for early entry too), she read it, ignored us and didn't even bother replying, so from a communication perspective that wasn't a good start either! Check in was at 4pm, I have never known a check in to be that late, nor have I known it to take 3 hrs to clean an apartment of that size. It took them that long and they refused us early entry on the grounds that they needed to clean it, and yet it clearly it hadn't been cleaned properly. Also this place needs more pillows, one very thin pillow per person isn't ideal to be honest and made sleeping uncomfortable as well. To top this all off the bathroom also had some drainage issues and you could smell the sewage in there, in the end we had to keep the door closed throughout our stay and try not to use it too much as it got unbearable after a while, also we made a coffee and the water tasted odd, we didn't get ill thankfully but we used bottled after this which of course you don't need to do in Lithuania usually. We were also never told there would be any building work being done and yet the whole place was a building site!

I like this property,clean and tidy,a lot spaces of storage.

I don’t like that TV aren’t in the bedroom

There was a lot of space, the bathroom and kitchen were well equipped, including a washing machine or hot plate. Everything was clean and tidy. A great choice at a very affordable price.

The place is easy to access if you have a car and there is a free parking on the street. The owner is communicative and I had everything I needed in the place.

There was a very bad smell of sewage at the apartment. When I informed the owner about it I didn't get a serious response, just something like "Thank you, I will check it", but not really acknowledging the problem or offering any solution. The shower was very dirty. The place is under construction so the whole surrounding is not vert pleasant. It is quite during the night but the apartment faces the road so during the day and the evening there is noise of cars.
