Basically everything. The location, the cleaness, the spaciousness and the stylish furnishing.

The aircondition didnt work properly and it was a bit chilly at night in February. The antique lift was a bit noisy.

Amazing apartment with great amenities, close to the Jeronimos Monastery. Neightborhood was fine as well, but far from city center.

Spacious and clean apartment. Well equipped (kitchen utensils, washing mashine, dryer, dishwasher...) Comfortable beds. Easy to find parking spot. Bus/tram stop just couple steps away.

Bit noisy bcs of the elevator.

The location is within walking distance to all the tourist attractions around Belem. Also, the tram 15E drops you off very close to the property. The team managing the property was always responsive. The smaller bathroom has an amazing shower. There's like a mini park right outside the building. We were also impressed by how well-equipped and well-maintained the flat was. There was a cushion shaped like a sleeping cat which my toddler enjoyed playing and sleeping with.

The lift inside the building is a bit scary but you get used to it. The flooring of the toilet in the master bedroom near the drain was starting to come apart. But I assume they'd have fixed it by now as we had highlighted this to them.

There are some dogs in corridor. Therefore we cannot go out on time. However the staff couldn't help us. During 30 minute we were very uncomfortable...

location is good, very near to the Belem tower and the monastery. the staff is helpful and let us check in early to store our luggage.
