Bliss Lisbon Apartments - Bairro Alto

Very loud every day until late night:( Impossible to sleep with open window. Would be nice to get this apartment a bit cleaner at the beginning.

The apartment was very nice, and we had a wonderful time right in the heart of Bairro Alto. Access to the apartment works via door codes sent through WhatsApp, which went smoothly. On top of that, you receive a list of recommendations for shopping, restaurants, and more — super helpful for getting oriented in the city at the beginning. Special shout-out to Raquel, who helped us with our questions and made our stay truly special.

We arrived at the apartment after a long drive, only to find a truly awful place. The maintenance was very poor, the apartment was far from clean, and it looked nothing like what we expected or what was shown in the photos. The sheets had stains and hair from previous guests, the walls were full of suspicious marks, and the bathroom mirrors were broken and rusty. Even the bedside cabinet and the bed itself were dirty and peeling. It’s clear that the photos are meant to hide the real, poor condition of the apartment. The host didn’t seem to understand how serious the situation was. After many messages, a cleaner eventually came to replace the sheets. We had no door handle for the bathroom and shower until the last day of our stay. Don’t expect much help from Booking’s customer service either — their response was disappointing. Overall, a terrible experience. Absolutely not recommended!

Location was excellent for sightseeing and getting around Lisbon. Comfortable bed, good shower and loved having the outdoor balcony to have breakfast on. Recommend the Castro restaurant next door🙂

Surprised there was no tea towel to dry the washing up

Great location with access to lots of restaurants etc. Enjoyed the view from the small balcony off the apartment.

Entry to apartment had steep stairs - taking luggage up and down was not easy.

Świetna lokalizacja, w centrum miasta, a nie było tak głośno. Idealne miejsce dla par do zwiedzania miasta.

Strome i wąskie schody, ale do przeżycia.
