"great accomodation in the centre of everything."

very spacious 2 bedrooms/ 2 shower rooms and huge balcony overlooking the water and the restaurants. great to walkout and have several good restaurants on our doorstep.

only one air con unit in main bedroom. fan in second bedroom and nothing in lounge.

The property, amenities, furniture and supplied tea, milk, coffee, sugar etc. were all top notch - as it always is (We stay at the Quays quite often).

We booked number 18, but were told that "we had been put into number 17". The poor person who presented us with the keys was not the same person who had "put us into number 17" without informing us of the change or asking if we would mind the change. The person responsible for the unrequested change was also not available at the time we were to return the keys. This appears to be a pattern - as it happened the last time we thought we had booked a particular unit. While not the end of the world, we do have preferences, and had chosen to book the unit online on purpose.
