Sijainti oli erinomainen. Huoneisto oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Mielenkiintoinen ja toimiva ratkaisu. Yhteydenpito omistajaan sujui hyvin.

Äänet kuuluivat kadulta. Toki asunto on keskustassa eli kuuluu asiaan. Huoneisto oli katutasossa, joten ikkunaverhoja ei voinut pitää auki.

Siisti ja hyvällä paikalla. Yllättävän rauhallinen vaikka on niin lähellä ydinkeskustaa.

Parkkipaikkoja kyllä löytyi mutta piti tosi tarkkaa katsoa liikennemerkit. Hyvin kyllä isäntä ohjeisti etukäteen mutta yksi parkkisakko saatiin eli suosittelen lämpimästi seuraamaan liikennemerkkejä, sakko tuli nopeasti 15 min sisällä!
