Triplex with Garage - Praça das Flores

Excellent location and was a very comfortable apartment. The host was there to greet us, and made sure we could contact her if any issues (which there weren’t) otherwise she let us be. Close to supermarkets and good restaurants.

Zentral gelegen, aber in einer sehr ruhigen, kleinen Nebenstraße. Komplettes kleines Haus über 3 Etagen. Die innen liegenden Fensterläden machen zum Schlafen sehr dunkel. Sehr saubere und gepflegte Einrichtung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die kleine Garage im Haus hat ein elektronisches Rolltor. Ein- und Ausparken erfordert ein gewisses Geschick, da auch die Straße sehr eng ist. In der näheren Umgebung finden sich mehrere Restaurants und Cafés. Ana ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Das kleine Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss hat keine Fenstergitter. Das Fenster lässt sich nicht kippen oder nachts geöffnet gegen Einbruch sichern.

Ottima posizione per visitare Lisbona, a pochi passi da Plaça das Flores, piazzetta viva e piena di locali, collegata col centro dal bus. Fantastico il garage se si viaggia in auto e si vuole stare tranquilli. La casa strutturalmente è bella, divisa su più piani e spaziosa.

Livello di pulizia non soddisfacente, odore di fumo sui tessuti (divano/asciugamani), presenza di polvere anche in cucina. Letti non del tutto confortevoli con rete a molle troppo morbide. La casa ha un potenziale enorme ma attualmente non è sfruttato. Qualità/prezzo non soddisfacente.

Bon accueil de l'hôte. Appartement grand, fonctionnel et climatisé. Garage est un gros plus . Situation géographique qui permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pied

Amazing space and service...everything I wanted

I wish there was a big bed upstairs instead of 2 beds

The place is well located in Lisbon. Easy walk to Time Out Market and Pink Street. Parking is a huge bonus if you have a car since it's hard to find parking in Lisbon. A little bit far from Alfama (walking) but with Uber/Bolt it's pretty easy. The place was nice and clean. Would stay there again! Supermarket around the corner with a nice and lively park.

If you travel with young kids, just a heads up that the single bedroom is on first floor and master is on the 3rd floor. That said, the sofa on 2nd floor is a sofa bed, so that's another option.

We had an enjoyable stay at this apartment. Friendly and uncomplicated reception. The place was clean and spacious and there was everything you need for a comfortable stay for a few day. I especially enjoyed the location ,a quiet side street just off the Praca das Flores, my favourite square in Lisbon. Whilst it is super lively there, the street and triplex are very quiet. Absolutely recommended.
