we were welcomed by cockroaches in our apartment 😒vacation mood was already ruined 😡

The lady at reception was not communicated to, she had no idea about our stay

The flat is based in a beautiful location, beautiful sea view, the room was suitable ,effective wi-fi and good TV, the bed was comfortable, other extra beds, all utensils available, unfortunately the was cockroach infestation, the lighting was very poor in the kitchen area and hallway ,stingy with toilet paper and poor quality too.

its close to the beach and its safe also easy for us to walk as the food store is close by. You can walk to the beach at any time you want we didnt experience any challenges and the staff at the reception was also good to us.

honestly we liked everything about our apartment especial if I say we had any challenges i would be lying.

Only the view

Firstly, the place smells of dampness. The lounge light is kept behind the tv. We stayed whole night without lounge lights. The kitchen lights were dim. 2ndly, we were not told about no parking. We had to pay R100 for one night for parking. The bathroom was clean but full of mould. I have pictures which im gona submit to every site. The owner ,Phindile, has no way of talking. I guess she doesn't know that the customer is most of the time right. She has no customer etiquette, talking over me when im explaining my issues about that wretched place. Cocroaches are infested in that flat. We slept with the entrance door and windows open just to get the damp smell out the room. As for the front service, they don't know whats happening. Checkin was at 2, i arrived at 13.45. No one knew where the room keys was. I only got the keys at 14.45 cos they were still cleaning. Being a regular user of booking.com i am appalled by this place and will never book there again

It felt like home. Well equipped with essentials we needed to use.

The receptionist was unprofessional and unfriendly. When we requested for our luggage o be kept because of early arrival the property couldn't assist yet they couldn't assist keeping them after checking out either because they were keeping the moving in guests luggage in the room. Phindile
