Everything was near perfect.

Creepy unwanted crawlies (cochroaches). A bit more effort to get rid of those will be appreciated.

the host was absolutely amazing. she answered all my questions. the location is amazing, the staff onsite were very helpful and very kind. the host was very transparent about the roach issue and i must say its not as bad as everyone makes it to be, they are tiny and there are not so many.

provide minor items like coffee, tea, sugar for the people staying on the property as well as soap to shower with.

They store our bags for us because we arrived earlier and the receptionist is friendly

They didn't clean our room the next day we had to do it ourselves 😥

Only the view

The host promised and air-conditioned apartment, it didn't have an aircon in any room. It had 2 fan's but only one works. The number of pest found on this property is unbelievable. Bath towels provided not up to standard, overall I can say this was my worst stay around this area.
