when we arrived we had to call someone to check up on the air-conditioning, the room did not have like a basin where you could wash dishes, no glasses, only 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 knifes, 2 different cups, shower no door, no curtain so a mess with everything getting wet, when walking down to room the morning I slipped and fell because of slippery surface. Not very happy
