I had a problem with the key and the lady that helped me was so rude with attitude as if I was dumb for not being able to open the damn door

The property pictures on Bookings.com show us something different. The furniture was old and chipped,there was no braai stand,no wifi and no kitchen facilities for a self-catering accommodation...the toilet was leaking and couldn't flush on first stay. Host was also not welcoming, he was rude. No iron Fridge is not cold Cold water in shower Host is very rude
