Generally clean and neat.

TV wobbly and fuzzy on some channels. Sound erratic. Fridge water dispenser should be checked and filled daily. Furniture looking a bit tired. Cutlery and crockery needs to be replaced - sub standard. No plug in basin and basin was blocked. No safe for valuables.
