Location.The view.

Pick up and drop off keys from a different location. Agents need to up their game. Place is lovely but needs proper cleaning.

Good value for money Owners seem to be good people The cleaning lady is nice The views from balcony are great and the main bedroom

The cleaning lady doesn't clean the place well. We were booked Tuesday until Sunday and the linen was not changed at all. This is unpleasant especially in the humid weather. Even if you shower at night one would appreciate fresh linen every second day. Same with the towels! We had to buy our own toilet paper as well because this was not being refilled during out stay. The Grey cabinets on the balcony are dirty and leave an unpleasant sight. When we checked in the sliding door and bedroom windows weren't clean. I can forgive windows to certain extent but theres a difference from rain/weather dirt versus dirt from not being cleaned properly. The sliding door had finger prints and the cleaning lady just didn't clean the balcony at all during our stay or cleaned the apartment appropriately. We weren't making a mess we just used the kitchen to cook and sat in the lounge, most days we were out but she really didn't clean properly thank God we had our nanny with us to look after our son so she could clean sometimes. The shower in the main bedroom is small and the water pressure is not great.
