It is a home away from home. Proximity from the beach area, Ushaka Marine, main routes, city center: excellent.

Outside appearance of the building has some scope for improvements.

It was good and spacious for the size of my family.

The aircon was not working and the fans where dusty. My sister's allergies flared up the one day we attempted to switch on the fan. But the temperatures dropped after 2 days so we didnt need them after

It is directly opposite UShaka Marine World.Lovely harbour and sea views.

When you enter from Mahatma Gandhi Rd,the area is not too safe.There was no shower door in one bathroom.
