quiet and friendly staff

The bathroom door was damaged, as it was not closing completely, we had t used plastic to clóse the gap during bathing, that was not good at all.

The staff was amazing 👏 😍 🙌 the lady made sure we had all we needed.

The roof has rain coming through we had to move the bad also the bad kept on losing balance. Couches are dirty please ask DURBAN MUNCASI to clean your Couches.

The apartment was well prepared for us. However, house rules such as us cleaning for ourselves for the 2 days of stay was not detailed or explained.

The sleep regular pillows are too hard and too thick and leads to neck pains. We had to use the continental/large pillows while sleeping, which is not comfortable.
