Spacious apartment more than enough to accommodate my whole family. Excellent.

The lifts are not really clean, but I don't blame the owner as it is a common facility.

Floor area, kitchen, bedrooms are clean. Toilet ok. Bargain price if compared to hotels in the town area. (15 mins drive to town) . Shower water are strong flow, heater / aircon / refrigerator are functioning well.

Furnishing, cushions and blankets are a bit old. No toilet rolls provide No handwash provide Water dispenser not working properly. Sometime no water come out from the machine. Spider web can see at the top corner of one toilet. Aircon outlet - can see a lot of dust.
