Shower missing a panel so water sprayed out and wet floor. Sink in kitchen missing a plug so had to use a glass as plug and manage around it. Had no DSTV initially but Travis vame and loaded it.

Shower was not working properly. No toilet seat. Complimentary cleaning was not done. The bed was against the wall so it was difficult to get on and off. There was a mix up with the booking, I booked for 2 adults and 1 child but was accommodated for only 2 adults with no bedding for the child.
