Minor issues, corthangers in the wardrobe will help. Maybe one good sharp knife will also help, knives were blunt

I was in Durban for my graduation and I booked an apartment @habour view heights, I misplaced my keys for the door in the Uber cause I was having a busy day since it was my graduation day. When I got to the apartment around 20:00 at night, I realised that I lost my keys and the security told me to call the agent 'Maarya' and she was so rude to over the phone. She shouted at me for losing the key even though I told her that I will pay for the lost keys. She said she can't let me into the apartment so I should leave. I had to book another place to sleep for that night, whereas I paid for 3 nights. She let me out on the street and as a young woman, what if something bad happened to me that night. I am in disbelieve that as a woman yourself you would let another young woman out on the streets at night even though you know the cases on GBV we're facing as a country. What kind of a woman and mother does something like that. The following day the Uber driver called and told me that I left my key in the Uber and brought it back to me. I had already paid R550 for the key I lost. She refunded the money I paid for the lost key after I checked out. But I want to be compensated for the night I didn't spend in the apartment because I paid for 3 nights and I had to spend more money to book another place the night she told me I should leave cause I'm not entering the apartment. The host Maarya Park was so rude and inconsiderate towards me, I am very disappointed in her service and incompetence. She is a disgrace to other women because how do you compromise another woman's safety like that

Apartment was comfortable, high quality furnishings and decor, kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was excellent
