The location was perfect, close to all amenities

The stairs leading to the upper floor,more single level units should be considered and there was a lot of ants in the bathrooms.

In short - the property - excellent, 10/10, everything gets 10/10

The awful noise from tenants/visitors at the pool area right through Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday morning. The 'no noise' ruling did obviously did not apply to them, no effort was made to curtail this, to the detriment and dis-regard of the tenants respecting the conditions. - not to mention, the mess left behind. This alone destroys the 'value for money' thing.
