Apartment with Outside Patio and Car Space

The location

Bed was small and any movement woke the partner, tv small poorly located, shower wasn’t the best and hot water wasn’t really hot. Bars of soap left to use although had already been used by previous people. Not a good look. Breakfast was supplied which was a lovely idea but consisted of an open box of cereal, a few slices of bread in opened bag.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped for the few days that we spent there. Plenty of kitchen equipment to self cater The parking space is just outside so easy to move your bags inside. It is only 10-15 minutes from central Durham and supermarkets. Attractions and things to do are all within a reasonable distance. And we were able to bring our dog.

No dislikes.

Was all good for use

Apartment was very homely and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Location was ideal for us as we had car to move around but know there is good links to Durham in village.

Spacious living room. Provisions left for basic breakfast (toast and cereal). Convenient location for Durham and Newcastle. Not expensive.

Small double bed (okay for smaller adults). This was probably detailed in the property information, but we have got so used to having a large double bed it felt cramped.

Furniture very sub standard, x 2 chairs in kitchen had broken frames, double bed in one bedroom completely collapsed at 1am in the morning of the second night.
