Everything! Much bigger than expected. Amazing view is unreal . Bus stop right in front. Parking included if you drive. Great coffee/breakfast-lunch place 1 minute away. Also had ALL the extras you could possibly think of: coffee, oil, jam, laundry detergent etc... everything! 2 AC units and a fireplace and a lot of blankets so covers all weather and seasons.

The view and the space inside was great. Handy coffee and food right underneath.
