Everything was perfect. The appartment looks better than on the pictures. The kitchen is really fully equipped- pans and potts, enough glasses etc.. nothing broken or old. It was possible to get to the slope in about 30m walking across a field/meadow,that is usually covered with snow (so you could directly ski from the appt), but there was not enough snow, so you had to walka few meters. The town centre was 5min walking. Parking in front of the door.

some of the ski slopes were closed (or non existent :D ) due to the lack of snow in the valley, so getting to the "main" part of the ski area took a few lift rides/skiing. But you can always take a ski bus if that bothers you.

We had an amazing time, the view is stunning, the apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped, easy check in and check out, and the location, in the slope but also very close to Ellmau city centre. Highly recommended !

Very clean, awesome location, better than it looked in the pictures. Highly recommend this apartment!

There was 1 time the upstairs guests were having a party, which caused a nuisance. But we’ve asked them if they could lower the music, and so they did.
