Nice view, clean and quiet apartament.

Our stay was from 22–27 December 2025. Unfortunately, we had serious problems from the first day. We could not enter the apartment. We received wrong instructions, including an incorrect apartment number. Because of this, we tried to open the wrong key box for almost one hour. I tried to get help by phone. I called the number provided in the booking confirmation at 9:30 PM. The woman who answered was in a bad mood and did not want to help. She only said that she informed someone about our problem, but she could not tell us when this person would come or give us any contact details. I called several times, and after 10:00 PM she stopped answering the phone. We were left completely alone. I reported the problem to Booking.com. The Booking.com support person was friendly, caring, and really tried to help us. They were concerned that the property left us without assistance and even wanted to arrange alternative accommodation so we would not have to sleep in the car. Finally, at 11:00 PM, we managed to enter the apartment by chance, with help from other guests in the same building. Together, we figured out which key box belonged to our apartment. The property itself gave us no help, no contact, and showed no interest in their guests. This was not the only issue. There is a guest parking area in front of the building. The man responsible for the parking constantly creates problems. He tells guests to move the car even by 1 cm. If you stop briefly to load ski equipment, he immediately comes out shouting, takes photos, and threatens to send them to the police. He is racist towards guests who do not have Austrian license plates. He speaks only German and does not understand any English. It is very sad to experience such stressful situations during a Christmas holiday. Apart from the terrible service and the parking guard, the apartment itself was fine. It was clean, quiet, and had a nice view. The only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom, which is old.
