Sehr großzügige Räume, viel Platz für eine große Familie, extrem gute Lage, schön eingerichtet

Etwas zu wenig Besteck und Geschirr - ein paar Müslischüsseln und große Schüsseln beispielsweise wären schon noch gut

Sehr gute Lage,zentral

Geruch im Haus( Restaurant im Erdgeschoß), kein Fahrstuhl, teilweise Ausstattung. Schwer fern zu sehen, Fernbedienungen mußten sich auf Zimmer verteilen, sehr hohe Schränke in Küche und Bad. Im Flur defekter Lichtschalter( ohne Verkleidung)..

Close to Dom. Could walk to the city centre and Altstadt. Trams run regularly

Entry requires 2 hands and would time out quickly. Second TV in smaller bedroom lacks long enough power cord (apartment needs 3 but only 2 provided - choice between TV or bedside lights). Only 1 roll of toilet paper with no extra roll given/left. Internet/WLAN access extremely poor - to watch 10mins took on some evenings 20mins. TV regularly freezes. No condiments (salt, sugar, tea/coffee etc) available. Shower leaks. Missing finesse and final touches eg missing exhaust fan in shower. The kitchen sink is a bathroom sink so plates don't fit.

"Doppelbuchung...."

Alternativen angeboten. Personal war freundlich und hat Wünsche (Kaffeemaschine, Frühstück und zusätzlich Bahntickets)ermöglicht. Lage ist zentral.

Leider gab es eine Doppelbuchung weshalb wir nocht in die Ferienwohnung konnten. (4 h vor Ankunft erfahren) Alternative gab es im eigenen Hotel, allerdings war der Standard um einiges niedriger als in der Ferienwohnung. Schimmel an Badezimmer Decke, Flecken an Gardinen, an Möbeln blättert Beschichtung ab.
