"Exceptional"

I was traveling through Germany and this property was a perfect place to spend the night before continuing the journey. The value for money is excellent! The place is quiet and clean.

"really bad host, wrong address on booking, missing some facilities described in the offer"

location, if you finally manage to find it, it’s pretty good if you are visiting Nuremberg fairs.

- there is no proper address on the booking - owner don’t pick up the phone, luckily neighbors let us in… - really small bathroom with a shower that you can barely fit in - facilities described in the offer are not present (no kitchen, no ev charging) in general I don’t recommend sleeping there!

"Bad support"

I called the owner in advance and asked him if I could cancel the booking and get a refund and he informed me that it was ok. Now after so many reminders I have still not received any response from him and the refund as well.

"Very hot & no cooling fan. mall bathroom with no room for toiletries or wet towels. Small bed for 2"

No breakfast provided.

Bed smaller than usual. Cannot shut bedroom door. Bathroom very small matchbox. No room for toiletries. No fan so stifling hot in summer. Close to footpaths so cannot open windows for any breeze. Unnecessarily big sitting room.
