Shower faulty - temperature control was seized up. TV did not work - no signal available. Decor needs updgrading - damage to walls noted

"Good hosts, good location, value for money."

Flat was located in a great area for my operation of work. Nice and comfortable with good WiFi (a necessity for my work). On street parking directly outside (1st come 1st severed basis), nice pub "Lauder Hotel" 2 mins walk up the road (Towards Edinburgh). The host are great communicators too, which is nice.

The bedroom and living room face directly onto the A68 through Lauder so you do get a bit of traffic noise through the night.

Lauder ist ein schöner kleiner Ort. Viele Ziele von dort aus gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Wenn man möchte kann man in der Küche eine richtige Mahlzeit zubereiten. Sehr nette Gastgeber und unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Essecke für mehr als 2 Personen sehr eng. Silikonfugen in der Dusche sollten Mal erneuert werden.

The flat had everything you needed, was warm comfortable and reasonable walk from shops and restaurants.

Could have done with double glazing as the road is very busy and noisy. Would be nice touch if hosts put together an information pack about eateries, shops and places of interest nearby
