Dès l'arrivée, un mot manuscrit de l'hôte dans la salle de bain nous avertit de fermer la cuvette des toilettes et les bouchons de lavabo pour éviter les cafards. Malgré ces précautions, j'ai trouvé un cafard dans mon lit en cours de séjour. Les draps étaient sales à mon arrivée. Le plafond s'effrite en petits morceaux de gravats qui peuvent tomber à tout moment. L'échelle du lit en hauteur n'est pas fixée, c'est un vrai danger. Le chauffe-eau présente des traces noires importantes de combustion qui m'ont sérieusement inquiété pour ma sécurité. Enfin, le frigo se met aléatoirement à faire beaucoup de bruit. Concernant le support Booking : j'ai signalé par écrit dès le début du séjour, sans réponse pendant 7 jours. Après plusieurs appels, Booking n'a pas réussi à joindre la propriétaire et m'a dit qu'ils n'ont pas envie de faire plus d'effort que ça pour trouver des solutions alternatives à mon souci. N'arrivant pas à trouver un arrangement avec la propriétaire, Booking se range du côté de la propriétaire, n'espérez rien de leur part

no one new about the booking when i got there no access to property

after going to one booking from you that did not exist the second booking new nothing about my booking it took me 5 hours to get into the property ai 1am following morning, after my expierence wit booking .com i find you a useless unorganized company.

Do not book this accomodation! It is a scam!!! We had problems right since we book and paid as the owner didn't reply to us in basic things such as how to get the keys. He made us sign a contract (which he himself didn't) and pay an extra hidden charge for the cleaning. Booking promised to refund us providing an invoice but the owner just gave us a hand-written piece of paper. Now both.Booking and the owner refuse to reimburse us the money even though we have.complied with all their requirements (including paying in advance with no cancelation allowed). We have had to be calling Booking and the owner so many times, writing unanswered emails and messages...lots of troubles and hassle. Holidays from hell. Needles to say the state of the studio, full of damp, tiny cockroaches, old furniture and very noisy as it is in a ground floor of a noisy road. Don't go!
