C’è stata un po di confusione dello staff riguardo alla mia prenotazione. Sono stati molto gentili ma ho dovuto spiegare quello che ho comprato come extra, inoltre c’è stato un disguido, avevo chiesto se la spa era compresa e avevano risposto di sì, mentre al mio arrivo mi hanno comunicato che si sono sbagliati perché pensavano avessi il soggiorno nell’hotel mentre ero nell’appartamento. Ad ogni modo il personale è stato molto cordiale e gentile
