I liked that it was clean and in a peaceful neighborhood. I liked that there is an elevator. I liked that you don't have to walk much in order to be to the subway, just some metres. I liked that it had every time hot water. I liked that just next to apartment there are two super markets. I liked that the are some good facilities just as a washing machine, a vacuum, an iron. Also I liked that the closet is at a normal to big size with some extra pillows and the quilts. Moreover this apartment it has a very nice balcony and spacious too , where you can have a cup of tea. Just to refer that the apartment has and sugar and coffee and any other kitchen necessary equipment in order to prepare a meal. We used the microwave and it worked fine.Furthermore I liked the fact that the apartment is renovated so there is nothing old or in bad shape there. Last but not least I have to point out that the owner is a very kind person ready to help you or to answer to your questions each time. We had been late and he was waiting about us in order to show the apartment and give us the key.

I did not like the fact that I could.not find an empty parking spot around the apartment and I had to leave my car in a private parking.But it happened because the place has many residential buildings around.Also I have to mention that in order to be at this private parking I had to pass under an underground passage, because on the ground there are the railways and there is no other near. Furthermore I have to tell you, about the facilities that the television is not a smart and you can not connect your smartphone in order to watch something and the wifi was a bad connection so I had to use mine mobile data but that was not a really problem for me.

There is enough heater for warmth. There are 4 in total.

Nice apartment for a couple of days stay and visit of Nurnberg, Furth and sorroundings. Along with personal key collect, it was perfectly clean, and included some extras like washing machine, coffe machine etc. Morning coffee on a balcony was bonus extra.

Apartment is good for solo traveller or a couple, but not more than that...

The apartment is clean, light and very close to the tube station.

Very nice room with kitchen, refrigerator, balcony. So comfortable to stay, you feel like home.

I wish the subway was a little bit closer. :) But still not so far away, so it is fine.

Me and my wife stayed in the apartment for 5 days to visit the Nuremberg Toy Fair. We found the apartment very clean, and had everything that we needed. It's just about 8 minutes walk from the underground and it's surrounded with 3 super markets. One of the supermarkets it's literally in front of the apartment. There are also several very good restaurants and pizzerias in the area, just few meters away. The owners are very friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely choose to stay here at my next visit. Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasant one.
